Madalyn Conklin

Madalyn Conklin is an Associate Project Manager for Northwell’s Crisis Management Team. In this role, she is responsible for supporting various initiatives to enhance the system’s security and preparedness efforts.

Before joining Northwell Health, Ms. Conklin was a Performance Improvement Analyst in the Quality Department at St. Francis Hospital where she was primarily responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improvement patient outcomes. She is currently working towards completing her Emergency Medical Technician certification at Northwell Health Emergency Medicine Institute.

Ms. Conklin received a bachelor’s degree in biology and society from Cornell University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Swansea University.
